Good looking! Design-wise, the Skullcandy Crusher ANC are classic over the ear headphones with a touch of contemporary. Although the headphones are majorly plastic, they do not feel flaky. They have a very sturdy, solid feel to them. There is metal in the headband which not only adds to the solid feels but also makes the resize transitions very smooth. The Snapdragon 865, though, is a flagship SoC and Qualcomm wanted to make 5G accessible to mid-range smartphone users too, and hence they launched the Snapdragon 765G earlier this year. However, phones with that chipset haven’t made their way to the Indian market yet probably because the hardware itself is expensive and 5G, as we mentioned earlier, will need at least 2-3 years to commercially roll-out. Two phones a tablet First up, Sony announced its third-generation of Android-powered smartphones, including the Xperia Z3 Xperia Z3 Compact. The Xperia Z3 is merely a minor specification bump over its predecessor. It features a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, 5.2 inch full HD display, a 20.7-megapixel camera with Sony’s Exmor RS for mobile sensor. It’s essentially the same camera sensor in the Xperia Z2, except only it’s supposed take improved low-light photography due in part to its incredibly high ISO sensitivity—up to ISO 12800....

Sony smartphones might not be doing particularly well but that is not stopping the company from unveiling a new flagship smartphone every six months. After the Xperia XZ2 from earlier this year, Sony has now unveiled the XZ3 at IFA 2018 in Berlin. The XZ3 is an iterative upgrade over the XZ2 at best. The primary difference is that it now features a 6-inch curved QHD+ 18:9 aspect ratio HDR display....

While we expected the Xperia XZ3 to feature Sony’s new IMX586 48MP sensor, Sony decided to put in a 19MP camera unit with “Motion Eye” technology owing to a sensitivity of ISO 12800. There are the Laser-assist autofocus and an LED flash, followed by the fingerprint scanner at the center of the back. The front facing camera is a 13MP shooter with an f/1.9 aperture. The Xperia XZ3 features Sony’s dynamic vibration system for audio output which generates sound from two speakers creating a surround sound effect....
